10/8/2026 -Smart Series Guideline Updates
Effective for new loans on and after October 8, 2026, the following updates have been made to the SmartVest and SmartVest Platinum Product Summaries:
Prepayment Penalty - SmartVest and SmartVest Platinum
Kansas and Minnesota have been removed from the ineligible state list and are now permitted to offer a prepayment penalty option.
