Blueprint Conditions Management: A Simpler Way to Upload Loan Documents

At Newrez Wholesale, we’re always looking for ways to make loan submission as seamless as possible for our Brokers. Our latest enhancement delivers a streamlined Conditions Management experience inside Blueprint.

What Is Conditions Management?

Conditions Management gives you the ability to upload documents directly to conditions, even before initial underwriting approval—minimizing interruptions to your workflow.

What Stays the Same

Everything will remain the same when it comes to entering borrower information, pricing, locking and generating disclosures. Once the Submit to UW screen is complete, clicking Save and Next will push your view to the Conditions Management screen.

A Simpler Workflow

The new layout is designed for clarity and speed. You’ll see a list of Initial Conditions organized and filterable so you can quickly find what you need. Required items are clearly marked, helping you prioritize and avoid delays.

Convenient Document Uploading

Whether you’d rather upload documents one at a time or all at once, the process is intuitive:

·      Upload directly to individual conditions

·      Use Bulk Upload for a faster option

You can either drag-and-drop items into Blueprint or browse files on your computer. Blueprint automatically routes documents to the right place, and the system lets you know if anything required is missing before you submit.

When all required items are attached, submitting the loan to Newrez is just a click away.

A Streamlined Post Submission Experience

After uploading enough underwriting conditions to meet a 55% threshold of completion, those conditions will go directly to an Underwriter and do not need to be reviewed by a CRM. This means you can upload directly to UW whenever is convenient for you—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once your loan is initially approved by Underwriting, you’ll continue to manage conditions in the same interface. Filters help you quickly find who needs to clear or obtain each item, making follow-up more efficient and keeping the loan moving forward. You can also easily resubmit loans to Newrez for further underwriting.

Conditions Management also enables you to add your own conditions for those times you need greater flexibility when sharing documents.

You still enjoy the same easy communication process with your Underwriter. If any documents are deficient, those conditions are moved back to you so you can easily see what remains to be addressed.
