How to Qualify for RezClub
RezClub eligibility is evaluated quarterly and based on objective performance metrics. To qualify each quarter, partners must earn a minimum of 4 total points across three categories: loans funded, lock pull-through performance, and underwriting touches. Maintaining RezClub Status
To keep your RezClub protections active, partners must:
- Maintain Approved status with Newrez
- Remain Active (1 funded loan in 4 months or 3 loans in 12 months)
- Pay any outstanding EPO premiums within 120 days
- Keep prepayment speeds within acceptable thresholds
- Continue meeting quarterly point requirements
If protections are lost, they may be reinstated once issues are resolved.
