New Penn Financial’s Jumbo Series D product profile has been updated to align with investor requirements.
Jumbo Series D product is being updated effective with new locks on or after May 15, 2018 in order to align with changes to the investor’s requirements.
Maximum loan amounts have increased as follows for purchases and rate and term refinances:
- Primary residence: SFR, PUD and condos - $1,500,000 with a 720 minimum FICO (previously $1,000,000 with a 700 FICO)
- Second homes - $1,500,000 with a 740 minimum FICO (previously $1,000,000 with a 740 FICO)Here's the summary of the recent changes:
